Access ladder on P-38L

Hello:
Has anyone been able to extend/retract the access ladder on the P-38L? I see it is functional on the Red-Bull Lightning, but not the L. I've tried all I know (key assignments, checking the aircraft cfg., etc) but still no luck. Any feedback and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
