The installer in the first link is broken. Once you launch it and select agree to the license, you're greeted with error opening file which seems to be for all files.

Just checking - Have you disabled your anti-virus?

I haven't, however I have no issue launching any other Milviz installers.

Please disable your anti-virus during download, extraction and installation, so we can rue out interference from the AV.
(Anti virus programs regularly change their definitions so just because it didn't cause a problem before doesn't mean it isn't causing a problem now.)

I have double checked the integrity of the installers and can confirm they are working as they should.

Right click and run the installer as admin?

Yep every time I run it I click run as admin. Is it because I have p3dv4 installed, yet I’m choosing v3 in the installer? I was trying to install and run it in v4.

Odd...It doesn't have a v4 selection?

V4 has the P-38l preinstalled. No need to install it
