Unzip to your P-38 panel folder.

I just downloaded this hotfix and the zip file seems to be corrupted and can't be opened. Could you upload a good one? Also, why isn't this hotfix incorporated in the current installer for the non-Tacpack P-38? I just downloaded it (MilViz_P38_L vA1.160201.zip) from my MilViz account and installed it in FSX SE and this CTD bug is still there which is why I need the hotfix.
