Hi,

I have just got tried the latest install of MV_MD530_vA1.180309.zip and I did uninstall first then install. I have done this 3 times now and still have the same errors as follows.

Percent RPM gauge, completely inop.
N1 RPM gauge, only RPM needle working.
No startup sounds, throttle click not working.
Cyclic trims stopped working, I'm not talking about Force trim but aileron and elevator trim commands as per "Force Trim assignment in MVAMS" (viewtopic.php?f=107&t=9068) post.

I have now reverted back to MilViz_MD530_vA1.180223.zip which is working fine.

I am running FSX Acceleration on Windows 10.

There are few reasons this might happen , I suspect permissions are not at admin level when you are running the installer, its curious you can install the previous one without issues .

In any case I cant duplicate this issue .

Hi Chuck,

I Always install with admin permissions as my user has full admin permissions. I installed this latest version the same way as I install any FSX aircraft, so I cannot see why it won't work unless I have a duff installer. When I have time I might try to download again if I can find the download link.

I have just read this post and can anyone confirm that I don't really need this update for FSX please? If I don't need it then this might account for the errors?
I only found this post when I was looking for the link to download the file again.

For those with FSX , Steam and for that matter P3Dv3.5 installs the changes are of no operational consequence , in other words the C310 runs effectively the same way .

I will not bother with this update as the older vsn is fine by me.
