Hello,

I just received the new installer, installed the helicopter, and the switches are backwards, off is on and on is off, and the trim does not work. I tried reinstalling (after properly uninstalling previous), to no avail. Any suggestions, as this is with the 407 as well.

If the problem is occurring with the 407 then something different is at play here.

Odd problem! First question, are you starting with cold and dark, or ready to fly?

Second question...the switches are backwards...on the 407, the battery switch on the bottom right for example, down should be "on" and up is "off".

In your case, up is "on" and down is "off"?
