MD530 Cockpit Lighting Missing

I have version MilViz_MD530_vA1.160116 installed and there is no cockpit lighting. Clicking on the flood light on the back panel does nothing and the dimmer knob the same. L key also has zero effect.
Any ideas? Is it me or is something missing in the installer?

Are you running the sim as Admin? Do you have the Estonia Tool?

It was installed using the latest native P3D installer.
P3D is installed on another hard drive.
I do have the estonia tool but I didnt use it .

I have just been given access to the suipport forum and I see another thread the same. I will follow the advice there.

I still dont have cockpit lighting.

Uninstall.
Remove Estonia Tool from P3D DLL
Switch off virus protection.
Install with adminstrator.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

Keep your av off during download, install and from scanning your fly sim dir

Right click on your P3D and select properties->Compatibility->Run this program as administrator.
