MD530f Starter switch?

Can someone tell me if it is possible to map a joystick button to the starter switch in this helicopter? Just bought it and absolutely love it. I hope it was okay to post this in this forum. Waiting on access to the support forum and thought I'd just ask. Also what function would it be to map? That's my real issue with just trying it. I don't know which function to start with, pun intended!

I can't get the start sequence beyond 35-38% N1. I see the FSUIPC link to the macro has gone - can this be downloaded anywhere?
