More features for MD530 that I had in mind

I had in mind a few simple features that would spice up the helicopter.
1. On screen checklist, I know its just a single engine helicopter but an Onscreen checklist would make the startup, shutdown, take off, etc more confident + Pre-Start Checks
2. Passengers and baggage to simulate weight and real life stuff
3. Virtual instructor which you can do lessons with. He will spawn inside next to you and do flying lessons on demand so you can master startup, shutdown, takeoff, general flying, maneuvers
4. Cockpit rain textures an heat blur
5. Operable engine bay doors
6. switches click sounds, really important
