Try to replace with this one, I've edited it for you. Rerun the XMLTools installer again.

That error indicates that the dll.xml can't be opened or is corrupted. You didn't by chance have the file open while trying to install?

Which location are you pulling the file from? There may be several instances of it. Please run a search on your c drive for dll.xml (probably in programdata)

From the looks of it the only other thing you have that needs that is RAAS, so it should be safe to delete any instances of dll.xml you find.. ( You would have to reinstall that as well)

No, the file was not open when installing.

I only found one version of the xml file. When I installed the new version, system made .bak file of the old one.

Is it possible that this is Lockheed Martin issue?

There is at least one other that has issues which are LHM induced (Majestic Dash 8)

As it stands, after 3 months plus of trying to resolve this I think I will just uninstall and cut my loss.

Thank you for your efforts to resolve this.

So sorry for your issues, have you tried to delete the file? I believe a sim restart after that should recreate the file. Also if you used my file you MAY have to right click it and pick properties - Windows may show it as blocked because it came from another computer, you just need to click allow.

I deleted the file on 1st attempt, then installed your copy.

On reflection I feel that the issue may be Prep3d issue. Their are at least two Majestic and PMDG products that have forum posts in this regard.

I installed PMDG 737 yesterday, 15 mins and it was ready to load and fly.

Looking back, I bought the KA350 in May last year and over time have spent in excess of 50 hours trying this and that, uninstalling, reinstalling.

I am going to remove it and maybe get back later on. I am a retired commercial pilot, not a software engineer.

Kind regards, Kevin
