My B350i SP1.2 (1.2.0,202011.09) working well in P3D5.1HF1. Wondering if I should update to P3D5.2HF1.
Anyone have experience with 5.2HF1? Does the wx radar still work ? Any problems with panel lights?

5.2 will break the WXR, currently there's no fix for that. What other problems are you having?

Haven't made the move yet, since the MV B350i is one of my favorite aircraft, and wouldn't want to move if there were big issues.
Understand the WXR problem. Was wondering if there are any other known issues.

As far as I know the WXR is the only issue. I think one other had a hard time getting navdata installed but that was a Navigraph issue AFAIK, other than that not a lot of complaints.

Thanks Slayer - a confidence builder. Hope eventually MilViz will hack a fixed version of the wxr .dll for those of us who are staying with ASP3D abd the legacy non-EA weather/non-volumetric clouds...

Just as I get my confidence up to do the 5.2 update, LM releases P3D5.3 - a major update.
What an adventure.
Awaiting word on v5.3 compatibility!

I have installed v 5.3.
I uninstalled 5.2, deleted Shaders Cache but did not delete whatever remained in my Prepar3d v5 Folder following uninstall. I do not know whether or not that could upset anything but so far my previously installed aircraft and scenery are all intact.
After loading a couple of previously saved flights the 350 is good without any technical use.
I have HDR on and Cockpit shadows OFF in the following screenshots.

Agreed, no compatibility problems with the 350i in 5.3 here.
All set up with my new Fulcrum yoke, getting a lovely 50fps in most places...

BTW what weather are you using? Did you delete the weather radar .dll? (Slayer says it won't work).
