Trying to get the reverser to work [Answered]

I have read this carefully. I did a reinstall on P3D 5.2 HF1 I cannot get the reversers to kick in when I pull back on the the throttle. I should have saved my data because I did get this working before. Should have left the MVAMS program still there but it got reinstalled too.
I looked at my old version to dll.xml and this was not in there, I saw a post that this was needed in version 4.5
<Launch.Addon>
<Name>XMLTools64</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Path>XMLTools64.dll</Path>
<DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>
<DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>
</Launch.Addon>
I tried to just set up everything in FSUIPC like any other plane with reversers and calibrated in FSUIPC. But this does not work with the King Air.
What I did before is setup the Set Axis Throttle 1 and 2 with the default caibration is in P3D So not calibration done. Then Set the slider bars in MVAMS, Axis.cfg which is in the MVAMS folder is updated when I use the slider bars to set up the throttle. Is there somewhere that talks about how the axis.cfg works for the throttle (only in this case) That will help. Thank
