hello,
i have a problem with my K350i installation
i installed the k350i on my p3d v5.1 and i can't use it because nothing works. (see photos) the dashboard does not seem complete and when I close p3d I have an error message from milviz. I did the installation via orbx central, taking care to deactivate my antivirus. do you have any idea of ​​my problem please???

please can you send me the link for access and download the latest version of K350i ?
Where can i found the serial number of my product ? bought via ORBX CENTRAL on june 2020

That latest info I had was that the serial number can be viewed on ORBX central but I do not know if that has changed. I will advise you to contact ORBX support for that info.
The latest version can always be found here at the top of the support section for the KA:

You cannot have the ORBX version installed and then try to use what we have here, it is either/or. You must uninstall ORBX version if you wish to use the file in the link below.

Finally the problem with the displays may require you to use the legacy render files in the /panel folder. In the aircrafts panel folder there is a "legacy render" folder , simply copy those files and paste them 1 directory above in the main "panel" folder.
