Updating to the latest Navigraph data

Hi all,
I have a Navigraph subscription and have been tinkering around with FMS trying to change from default to that... (Interestingly enough, the Navigraph FMS data installer found all of my other aircraft, but NOT the KingAir)... I can't seem to find where to change it. Can anyone help out with the exact section/buttons that I need to select to be able to update it? I did activate the Chart Subscription.

I've noticed that sometimes the navigraph program doesn't detect the KA properly. You can still manually add it though from within their program, it is in the list.
Also make sure you have your settings for simulator version set properly in the options of that program.

Thank you so much, Steve! Also, on an unrelated note, I understand TFDi have released new versions of TrueGlass and RealLights. How does one make sure the version installed is up to date? There doesn't seem to be a link on their site to download it. Is it something that has to be tied into the aircraft update from the developer?

TG and RL should download the latest versions when the KA is installed. They do not auto update so if you have a rather old install then it may be worthwhile to reinstall the KA if you are using P3Dv5 so you get the newest versions.
BTW I've moved this post to the support section. I see you are a registered KA product owner so you should be able to still see it.

Thanks for moving this, Steve. I accidentally posted into the wrong section before realizing there is a support section for owners. OK, I installed about 3-4 weeks ago, so just to be safe I will reinstall now because I believe the newest update was just done a week ago or so... Thanks for all your help and thank you guys for an amazing aircraft!

Grrrr... Ran the install, it updated TG and RL and I have chosen the option to Repair installation for KA350i. Now when I try to select aircraft it tells me activation is invalid and to contact support.

Well, nevermind.

I seem to have resolved it on my own by completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the product.
