Hello Guys i have some troubles with the pressure system.

I make a flight FL320 and through FL 280 Waring Cabine ALT with buzzer.

I turn the knob until facing 33 (FL330) and rate is set to 50% on lower pedestal panel.

ON F/O lower panel I have - Blowers in Auto ( both knobs are turned towards to the floor with the white line)
- MODE Knob in Auto
- Envir bleed air switch to Auto (centred)
- Both (left & right) Pneu switches to OPEN checked on Pneumatic pressure gage at 17Psi green range.
What i Miss in my config?

I would suggest because your cabin altitude has already risen above 10000’. Hence the warning.

The second photo looks like the bleed air switches are still in the ENVIR OFF position. They need to go up one more click to OPEN.

they are opens i have checked it

I do another flight without problems FL310, delta P 3.5 cabin alt 9500ft.

In the real world if you had pressurization problems ( door seals or whatever) the course of action is to descend to a safe altitude.

I have forgotten to turn it on before the only way I could get it to recover was to descend to like 10k.

yes but did milviz simulate that?

We didn't model failures outside of the engines I think. Not sure if it is tied to the default P3D failures. That being said cabin pressure or high diff is usually operator error.

Is it normal that everytime I go above FL280 I get "cabin altitude" warning? Isn't it supposed to allow me to go to at least FL330 or 340?
I set the altitude to +1.000ft above my cruise level, pull the lever on the center console next to pilot's seat, but the cabin altitude gauge right above the condition levers never goes above 28.000 feet or around 4.500ft cabin altitude

Even in the real world units get sent in routinely because of operator error. As high as 90% of units that get sent in are not bad. We do not model that but you will get warnings if your pressurization isn't set up properly. Pressurization is a pretty complex subject even though it seems simple on the surface. It could be related to the rate setting, bleed air, low speed or any number of other factors. Without actually seeing what's going on in your sim it's hard to say what went wrong.

I was at 14000 and set it to 15K, I know now that will not work. So how does the higher numbers work, is there a setting that when I set so it knows that I am setting higher that 15k. (for example putting back to 0 sets 16K. It's amazing that this aircraft simulates this warning
