Autopilot - Plane doesn't follow Flight Director [Resolved]

During cruise I did have the autopilot engaged in lateral FMS mode but after a certain time the FD tried to make the plane do a turn but it didn't follow FD instructions. Tried to select a heading - no effect. I had to recycle the autopilot and everything worked fine again for like 10 minutes but the same problem kept appearing.
Is that a known bug or is it my fault?

I suspect operator error, hard to say without seeing the flight plan and a screenshot of how you have the aircraft setup.

Happens like every 5 minutes. It's just as the autopilot was turned off as I could control the aircraft manually with no reaction from the autopilot even though it's indicated to be on.

Hello,
On the picture, autopilot is set in HDG mode and heading 150 is dialed, so FD commands right turn.
Does it level if you switch to NAV mode? It looks normal on the picture, but maybe issue is different here...

No, i just wanted to make it more clear by selecting HDG.
Same happens when in FMS mode - after a certain time it's just like if the autopilot turned off itself, even though it's shown as on. With the autopilot engaged and in e.g. FMS & FLC it's not possible to let the aircraft deviate without the autopilot counteracting by giving manual control inputs - but in my case it is indeed possible.
I have to recycle the autopilot to get it working for the next few minutes.

Are you using latest version here? (1.1.40)
BTW. Your approach looks really strange, is this ILS 26R at Munich? Maybe the issue is related with quite old version - there were huge number of changes between official and latest one in regards to routing.

Using 1.1.40 with the current AIRAC and the RNAV Transition for 26R.
I've done two flights now and experienced the same issue twice. During climb everything just works as it should but at a certain point the issue keeps appearing.
Going to reinstall the beauty and do another flight tomorrow, I'll keep you updated.

Do you have both pilot and copilot baros in sync? If not vertical guidance can be a problem, as in the real thing.

All 3 baros in sync. The problem still continues during every flight.

SOLVED - it was just a hardware problem, had something to do with my button mapping.
