Hello,
I purchased the KA350 a few days ago from Orbx but cannot start the engines with the Ignition and Engine Start switches.
Battery is turned on; I've tried with the ground power too. Any help with this?
Mark

Hi Mark it sounds like XMLTools may not be installed.
Please open a ticket with Orbx here:

Hi Steve,
I've already tried the Orbx forum and they referred me to your forum.
Would you please tell me where to find the XML tools?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KA350i but there was no improvement; in fact now the Power, Propeller and Condition Levers won't move with the mouse or with my Thrustmaster controller. Nor do the instruments come on even when the Battery and Avionics Master Power are both ON.
Has anyone else had this problem? And is there a solution? I'm at my wits' end as the aircraft is unusable!
Mark

Mark, please try the newest build located here:
http://milviz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=105&t=12478
Before uninstalling your current version see my 2nd post in this thread about 5 posts in:
http://milviz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=105&t=12347
Fms guide here:

Make sure that you turn off the engine start switches after you get it running or you will not be able to turn on generators.
Thanks

I installed the 'newest build' (
viewtopic.php?f=105&t=12478) and that fixed my problems with staring the engines and using the mouse to move the Thrustmaster levers, etc.
Thanks again for your suggestions.
