Installation Error - Serial Key

Hi,

Have just purchased KA350i through Milviz site. When i try to install i get the error as shown in attachment.
Windows 10 is up to date, extracted download with 7-zip and run installer as admin, but still not having much luck.
Could anyone please advise.

There have been several cases where a licence key has been rejected for a seemingly bizarre reason

• Sometimes typing the key in has worked where copying and pasting didn't
• Occasionally windows archive extractor corrupts the file - try using 7zip instead https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
• Sometimes a punctuation character or accented letter can cause a key rejection
• windows not being up to date can cause this issue
• Most common of all is not running the installer as admin
• Sometimes a complete uninstall and then re-install will fix the issue

Hi,

Have tried all points listed. Double checked Serial Key, typed serial key. Windows fully updated. But still getting the same error message.
