Chart Loading [Resolved on 1.1.36 update]
I have finally installed the KA in v5 and set up access to Navigraph.
Now in the MFD / Center I always have the message "Chart Loading ..." across the screen when in NAV and TCAS Modes, and even when looking at STATUS Menu. Even after a reboot the message appears in the next flight before I even call up a chart.
Any ideas / direction?
Thx.
Joe

Re: Chart Loading
When it's trying to load a chart if you have not done so before a window will popup asking to allow access etc. to Navigraph , try to alt tab and see if ther eis a popup asking for such. Also keep in mind you have to have the navigraph subscription enabled in the FMS.

Re: Chart Loading
As mentioned i had set up Navigraph. I can call up their charts, zoom, pan, rotate just fine.
Issue is the message "Chart Loading ... " that appears when not viewing a chart on every other MFD screen.

Re: Chart Loading
This is in version 1.1.35_20200821 plus the Real Light and True Glass latest DLLs mentioned. Here are various shots. I could not get the chart for departure to change to the one I was using and in the FMS either:

Re: Chart Loading
Thanks. The screen shots help. I will ask Collin to have a look.

Re: Chart Loading
Can you provide me EXACT steps to reproduce the chart loading issue? I.e. certain airport, series of clicks, etc.? I rewrote the majority of the system for this update, so it is believable that I missed something.

Re: Chart Loading
Well unfortunately I can not provide the exact steps - I was trying to actually fly not trouble shoot and now once it started it persists every time I power up the aircraft and I can not clear it in any way. The second I power up the aircraft from C&D the message appears. I have tried different flight plans, starting points, nothing clears it. I also tried deleting the NavigraphChartsSystem.ini to force a Navigraph reset. It had me confirm in the webpage again, but, the message still appeared.Turbofandude wrote: ↑Wed Aug 26, 2020 4:16 pmCan you provide me EXACT steps to reproduce the chart loading issue? I had entered a flight plan KSAF ZIASE4.GUP INW OATES KSEZ. But I can not say at exactly what step this occurred.
I guess I will try an uninstall re-install in the next few days. Can you confirm all the folders that should be sure to be deleted? I would think there is a persistent file somewhere that must be in place to have this happen.

Re: Chart Loading
I am seeing the same issue, only way to get rid of message is go go in FMS and switch your navigraph subscription to "manual" . Did several clean installs on V4 and v5 , problem is on both.
