Questions and remarks
Hi,
Bought this plane from Milviz' site a few days ago and am strugling with it.
This is a very complicated aircraft ( also the reason I bought it!)
I very much need manuals for MFD/PFD etc. Can only find a general document, the user-guide. I tried the video tutorials but these videos do not help me enough. It still puzzles me how to show terrain on the mfd or pfd and I cannot get the radar to work.
For your information, I own many complicated aircraft, Majestic Dash-8, PMDG 767, QualityWings 146 and others. They all come with decent manuals!
I also own from Milviz: F86, F100, T-38A and DHC3- Turbo Otter.
Maybe I am missing something here, pleae help!
Also:
-After installing there is an option to open a readme file. That does not work. Where can I find that file?
-Chocks etc. are NOT loaded!
-MVAMS most of the time freezes after pressing Save Defaults and requires using the taskmanager to close!

Hi a user provided a collection of maual pdf files in this thread.

The readme was not opening was a bug and should be corrected in the new beta released today.
Please make sure you run the installer as admin and also MVAMS to prevent file access issues.

For the radar: There is a 'Radar' button on the little control panel between the screens (not sure the correct name for it). If you push that the radar menu comes up on the PFD with which you can select the radar mode via the corresponding PFD soft key or the data knob. To get the radar to display, push the display soft key next to where it says 'TERR RDR' to switch between modes. The active mode will be cyan colored and when radar is selected the mode and tilt is also displayed below it.
