Second Engine overheatin during Startup [resolved]

When I start up the engines, the first engine spools up normally, the second one overheats considerably before settling down into the normal state. It doesn't matter which engine starts first, the second engine always overheats.
I can complete a flight without problems.
A check of the MVAMS after landing inevitably marks the condition of the overheated engine as bad.
What is going wrong?

That is called a hot start. Several forum posts about it.
What % N1 are you adding fuel? It has to be minimum of 12% but safest is 20% and stabilized to prevent a hot start.
Where are your condition levers when you are starting?
If you have an axis mapped to condition levers in FSUIPC you can also have some problems

Hi Slayer,
Thanks for your response!
It looks like I can avoid a hot start when I put the condition levers on low idle and the prop levers just above the feathering positions.
My fuel flow goes up to 90 before the engine fires.
I have all six engine levers mapped to P3D.
I will try a few startups to find out whether the problem is really solved.
Thanks again!

Hi Slayer,
Unfortunately the problem still persists!
I had two more hot starts of the second engine with fuel flow 90.
The problem seems to occur pretty erratically, what else can I do?

Hi Slayer,
Stupid me, belatedly I understand your sentence:
What % N1 are you adding fuel? It has to be minimum of 12% but safest is 20% and stabilized to prevent a hot start.
If I don't flood the engine, I have clean startup.
Thanks again for teaching me a lesson.

Your welcome glad you got it sorted.
