Aircraft detects landing when taking off from gravel

I was departing CYIO which has a gravel strip, and when I opened FLT LOG, it listed my flight as 0 minutes and a landing time identical to takeoff time.
Is there a way to manually start the timer?
Note: I did not touch down, but the ground is quite bouncy.

Managed to take off from CYIO today without it registering a landing on rotate. I think it might be because of increased ground effects, not sure which of my addons does it. Possibly ChasePlane.
