Left prop lever will not go to high rpm (stops halfway)

Post by spencer.hoefer » Mon Jun 22, 2020 1:47 am

I followed the guide for setting up my throttles through FSUIPC and got most things working except one of my prop levers. My left prop stops halfway and will not go to max rpm. If I move the throttles to max rpm together, it briefly goes to max before snapping back to 50%. Below is my axis.cfg so maybe there is something there that is preventing it. I am unsure how to delete previous assignments so I am not sure if the [prop] section is still active. I originally had it setup on one axis but later decided to switch to separate axis's. I uploaded a short clip showing the issue.

I had similar experiences myself, but not only with the KA350i: other airplanes are affected as well. In my case, I am pretty sure it is a hardware problem with my ailing Saitek throttle quadrant.

It looks like something else is also acting on that axis, like you have in mapped in P3D and FSUIPC or maybe a default mapping on something you aren't using slipped through the cracks in P3D. Have you double checked that this is not the case and that anything associated with prop levers is not set in P3D?
