Altitude in FMS Legs Page
Do you have to enter an altitude or flight level at each waypoint in the FMS Legs page, I assumed this would have been done automatically as you passed a waypoint. I know if a SID or STAR is entered the restricted altitudes are entered but the remaining waypoint altitudes remain blank.

Re: Altitude in FMS Legs Page
If you need a specific altitude constraint at a certain waypoint, you can enter this manually on the LEGS page, if it's not already coded into your planned DEP or ARR procedure.
If you don't need a VNAV altitude constraint, you don't need to enter one.
Cheers,
Chris

I just asked the same question in another post. Gives alt in the sid but then stops at fl140. Doesnt get me to my toc which is causing me issues. Not sure why it doesnt calculste the rest after the sid waypoints.

Re: Altitude in FMS Legs Page
In the ProLine21, there's no such thing as altitude prediction for each waypoint (unlike e.g. in an Airbus or Boeing MCDU/FMS).
Only VNAV altitude constraints are shown or entered on the LEGS page. If a waypoint doesn't have an altitude constraint, there's nothing to see.
For the TOD to be correctly calculated and shown, there are several prerequisites. For example, you actually need to be at the cruise level entered on the PERF INIT page. Also make sure, ADVISORY VNAV is enabled, and the VNAV WINDOW is shown on the text part of the MFD, then you might get a better clue of what's going on.
Cheers!

Many thanks Chris, I have only ever flown Boeings that has this feature in their FMS systems as you have mentioned.ccmh15 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 10:46 amIn the ProLine21, there's no such thing as altitude prediction for each waypoint (unlike e.g. in an Airbus or Boeing MCDU/FMS).
