Reset FLT LOG after completed flight

When I have completed a flight, I sometimes continue on another leg shortly after. I can easily reset the flight plan by putting in new data, but I can't reset the FLT LOG page even if I shut the aircraft down completely. Also, in the perf menu, the fuel will reflect the amount in the tanks even if I add fuel while on ground after the first leg.

Is there a proper way to reset this? I feel like cutting power for a few minutes should reset the avionics...

For the fuel, after you refuel via P3D fuel menu, click the Fuel button to the left I think it says MAN and it will update
