Left hand Roll
I recently purchased the B350 and have really been enjoying it. It has quickly become one of my favorites. I've been using the performance charts to get my rotation speeds and have followed all of the check lists in the manual, the one thing I am experiencing and not sure if it is normal or something I am doing wrong. After rotation, approximately 114kts, the aircraft immediately starts to roll to the left and I have to constantly apply aileron to keep the wings level. It will roll at all phases of flight, more so at approach speeds. At cruise I need to apply 12% aileron trim to keep wings level. The props are synced and L&R show the same rpm's Condition levers and throttle are equal left and right, it is almost acting as if the right engine is rotating faster than the left, causing the roll, but all of the gauges are not showing that. The aircraft flies fine on autopilot. I have tried re-calibrating my joystick with the same results. This is the only Aircraft I have that behaves like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time,
Matt

Hi,
Never had an issue like that. Are you starting a flight following any of proper methods?
