PROBLEM; using p3d HF3

I reset my PC the other day and now downloaded latest version of p3d, hf3 and latest version of ka350. All antivirus and firewall settings off, shaders reset and installed ka straight after installing p3d the same way and outside of the program files folder. Problrm I have is that the aircraft is dead, no battery switches or sound work, panels stay blank. Is this a hotfix issue? Any help would be appreciated, had nothing but trouble with this mod so far, but the few times it has worked, it's shown to be a brilliant bit of software so don't want to give up on it! Thanks

Also can't use throttles but can change prop and conditioner controls. GPU seems to work providing elec power but it is impossible to start the engine
