INVALID activation

Hi, I purchased the KA350 a few days ago, I installed it on my PC but it was running slow as was prepar3d. I did a system wipe to see if it would work after but the gauges were not working properly, I then tried to uninstall and reset p3d making sure all virus software etc was off. I tried to install again but this time the activation was invalid. I am guessing this is piracy protection that I can understand. However I can assure you all installs have been on one PC, I can prove this if you want any logs sending. In short please could you get back to me and I'll provide all necessary info so that my key can be reactivated. Thanks.

it maybe that you need to uninstall and then reinstall once more

I have just redownloaded, lowering my available future downloads, I will try this but doubtful it will work

You can put in the registation direct in
your disk :\Prepar3D v4\Milviz
in MVKA350i.ini
