Calibration issues for the throttles [answered]

I just purchased the Logitech throttle quadrant and I am having issues setting up the throttles. There are 3 different control levers and none of them will go to the bottom of their range (Ground fine/max reverse for the throttle, Feather for the propeller lever, and cutoff for the condition lever). I believe I am setting this up correctly but I will attach some screenshots to help explain the issues I am having.

Anyone? I still can't find a way to get the levels to go to full.
