Had a nice and uneventfull flight
I just want to tell that despite I have spend some time fiddling with Reallight inorder to reduce VRAM (Which I partially have had some succes with), I just had a nice and uneventfull flight from EKYT (Aalborg) to EKEB (Esbjerg) flying the route:
EKYT RW26L-AAL-N866-KEMEG-P601-EPILO-P614-BAVIL-ILS26 Z-EKEB
After take off RWY heading 260° I intercepted the course for airway N866 towards KEMEG. Instead of flying all the way from EPILO to BAVIL, I made a direct to LATVO, which is the start of the ILS approach to RWY26 at EKEB.
Everything worked smooth, both VNAV and LNAV, as wel as the automatic transition to the ILS26 Z approach into EKEB.
This is just to tell that I finally enjoy this addon, and only gripe I still have is the relative high VRAM usage.

Re: Had a nice and uneventfull flight
Dear Finn,
Nice to hear that it is starting to work for you, I read a lot of the other posts you wrote. It is a good plane in P3D, at least I feel that.
just a question on your controller setup. Do you use one lever for each pair of throttle quadrant levers in-sim, or do you have a 6-lever quadrant?
I am trying to troubleshoot a problem I have with my setup...

I had good FPS all the time, but it was stuttering quite badle (not the same as bad fps), because my VRAM was used up fully.alehead wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 10:34 pmDear Finn,

This has partly been rectified by lowering Trueglass and Reallight settings from 4096 to 2048 texture size.
Apart from that 1.1.9 seems quite solid, and the few flights I have done has been nice and without any other issues than those that where caused by myself.
Only problem so far is that some of the Navigraph charts can´t be found by the PL21, so I would call the Navigraph feature incomplete.
I use a CH-Products Throttle Quadrant with 2 Power, 2 Prop and 2 Conditin levers, and theywork flawless via FSUIPC 6 and the MWAMS setup.
Just note that this aircraft does not like to be re-loaded ontop of itself, cause then I have seen the axis act weirdly.
So far my only gripes with this addon is that I would like to see Reallight being fixed, or replaced by a less performance intrusive system, and the Navigraph chart feature being fixed / enhanced, like an option to load charts not part of the current flightplan (maybe it´s possible, but then I could use som advice on how to do).
