Elevator trim animation
While I can set the elevator trim wheel with the mouse, if I configure a button or hardware trim axis (Saitek trim wheel), the trim is being set, but I see no movement of the trim wheel, so I cannot confirm visually my trim setting...
As such, I cannot use the trim hardware wheel to set takeoff trim, or I guess how much I need to turn it in order to "get into the green" without being able to confirm visually that I am actually in the green...
Hope that is understandable...
By the way, it handles just like I would think the larger KingAir would, rather sluggish. It feels as though it is a heavier plane. I could really enjoy this one!
Now, if only I can get my throttle quadrant to play with it nicely. Mapping both engines to one lever works, but I do not get it to play ball with two levers... Chris in another post has given me a tip probably worth its weight in GOLD, but I just need to see how to do it...
Hmm...

Hi,
Hardware controlled trim is linked to ELEC PITCH TRIM, therefore power from Right Generator Bus is needed.
Trim wheel though can be moved freely by mouse drag.

I am currently using a Saitek yoke and have assigned electric trim to the vertical rocker on my left grip. It works a treat! But as said above Gen2 must be online.

Actually Gen2 does not need to be online, just its BUS powered. This can be done even with Battery power only by manually closing GEN TIES switch.
