Yaw Damper

When I disconnect the autopilot using the Z key, the AP indication on the PFD properly flashes red then extinguishes but the yaw damper activates and YD is indicated on the PFD. If I disconnect autopilot with the red yoke button in VC, YD does not activate, which I assume is the correct behavior. It's tough to land with YD on. In addition, YD does not turn off with Ctrl+D as shown on the Key List. How do I get YD to turn off when I turn off AP with the keyboard (assigned to joystick button).
- P3D version 4.5.13.32097
- MV_KA350i_v1.1.8_20200423
- HP Pavilion Premium Gaming Desktop, Intel i5-7400, 8 gb RAM, 1 TB HDD, 3 GM NVIDIA GTX 1060
- Windows 10 64 bit

Hi,
These are some of P3D events supported by the KA:
Autopilot Master (P3D default is Z) = Autopilot On/Off
Toggle Tail Hook Handle (P3D default is SHIFT+Q) = Autopilot/Yaw Damper Disconnect on Yoke button
Toggle Flight Director (P3D default is CTRL-F) = Flight Director On/Off
Auto Throttel TOGA (P3D default is SHIFT+CTRL+G) = Go Around button on Power Lever
Toggle Wing Fold (P3D no default) = Sync Button on Yoke
Toggle Panel Lights (P3D default is SHIFT+L) = Master Panel Lights switch in Overhead
Toggle Landing Lights (P3D default is CTRL+L) = Landing Lights On/Off
Toggle All Lights (P3D default is L) = Navigation Lights On/Off
Toggle Strobe Lights (P3D no default) = Strobe Lights On/Off
The one in bold is linked to red button on yoke.
As for YD disconnect, pressing the button once after AP was disconnected also disconnects YD (you will notice YD flashes in amber for some seconds)

SHIFT+Q works! Thank you for the speedy reply. I would never have figured that out.

That's 'cause none of this is in the user guide.

While I'm on a roll, is GEAR WARN SILENCE on the left power lever mapped to the keyboard?

Brake -so period or joystick trigger by default on most controllers

Good to know! Is there a full list of those linked default P3D commands?
Specifically, I'm still looking for a way to control Rudder Boost and Bleed Air without using the mouse, either via FSUIPC, LVARs or keyboard commands.
Thanks!
Chris

I second that request for a list. I appreciate Tomas's response but posting a list would mean we don't have to keep shooting in the dark.
BTW, I have way more aircraft than I'd care to admit including models from A2A, MilViz, Vertx, Flysimware, Just Flight and even Alabeo/Carenado and more. This MilViz King Air 350i is my favorite by far. I have to keep the graphics throttled down due to my i5 8gb RAM, 3 gb video system but it still performs well and looks fantastic. Congrats, MilViz, on an excellent aircraft and thank you for continuing to refine and improve upon it.

If that's the case, thank you! I was looking for a way to assign the gear warning silence to a button instead of looking down at the throttles every time. This will make it just
that much better!
