I think this slipped through when Bill did the low res cockpit version: The small black thing above the cockpit window. Was not there before and is no longer visible when looking from the nose.

Actually it is the cockpit sliding doors, well, the one on the left side at least. It's always been this way it just never got noticed by anyone!
