SP1 - Lower annunciators are too dim to read

Just installed and I'm seeing faded/dark annunciators on the lower panel:

They're set to bright (pushed in), here's the overhead:

Previous version fully uninstalled before installing the new version.
I'm running P3D v4.5 HF2 (haven't installed HF3 yet), with modified shaders via TomatoShade (no change in those between KA350i 1.06 and SP1). I'm also running REX SkyForce, but I do not believe these are the cause. The upper annunciators are bright and shiny, but the lower are incredibly dim. Other panel lights such as gear lights and Prop Sync are looking good.
