Start -> Settings -> Apps & features, search for "ka" and you should find it:



Edit: This goes for if you installed from Milviz, and not from Orbx. If from Orbx, you need to uninstall from there iirc. I don't have it from Orbx, so I can't help there - but I believe there's a thread on it.

I always uninstall in Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs.

That's ChasePlane. If you have it, you can bring up that menu by holding down the middle mouse button for a second or two and then releasing it.
