battery drained on GPU

Hello
I have an issue with the battery is drained when GPU is connected.
On alarm panel I have ext pwr flashing (is it connected or not).

Make sure the EXT PWR switch above the BAT BUS switch is turned on.

Flashing means is connected but NOT On

one remark - if battery is drained and voltage drops too much, EXT PWR relay will not close and connection will not be made.

I have an issue with the GPU
After selected the GPU on addon menu, the GPU start, switching the external power to "on," the GPU not supply energy and checking the voltmeter (overhead panel) stay at 0

Did you wait for the "ground power available" voice before using the switch?

You must wait for the call "GND POWER AVAILABLE" and the flashing EXT PWR annunciator before switching EXT PWR to On
Also check that yout Battery Bus and Battery switches are both in ON.
