Some charts do not display

Hi there,
did a flight to KGCN airport where the chart system was unable to display the charts for the RNAV and ILS approach for runway 03. There are Navigraph charts that display fine in the Navigraph apps.
Also, is there any possibility to view other charts then airport, SID, STAR and approach charts?
Finally, will it be possible to view charts for the alternate or any other airport? So far I was not able to get this to work.
