Missing textures on co-pilot panel when panel lights are off

Small texture issue:
When the pilots panel lights are off, he co-pilot does miss the labels on his control panel:
When the panel lights are turned on:
Additional observation: The pilots panel light knob does control the co-pilot light and vice versa. Is this a bug?
