Throttles INOP
Does your system meet the sim's requirements? YES
Did you temporarily disable your anti-virus program during the download process? YES
Before installing did you disable UAC. (User Account Control)? YES
Did you install, and are you running the sim as an admin? YES
Before running the sim did you make sure the FSX/P3D directory is off limits to any AV scanning? YES
Does your system have the required distributables? YES
Is your video card DX11 compatible? YES
If applicable, did you disable any FSX to P3D migration tools (like Estonia) before running the sim? YES
Are you using an aircraft other than a Milviz one as your default aircraft? YES
Have you installed in the root sim directory? YES
Do you have the appropriate SimConnect libraries installed? YES
Aircraft: KA350i
Sim platform: P3D v.4
Operating system: Win10
Version: 191223
Unique ticket identifier: 50385991-7943-DB70-02B1-F798B02F97D0
Hardware: Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog joystick + throttles, Thrustmaster rudder pedals
Software: FSUIPC
Description: I have both thrust levers appropriately configured for Throttle 1 and Throttle 2 in FSUIPC. I have also created a profile specific to the King Air. When I advance the levers with the engines running, I can hear the engines spoil up slightly and can see a slight N1 increase, however the thrust levers do not animate and the engines never produce enough thrust for a takeoff. This occurs in both high and low idle.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!
I tried updating to the hotfix update and now the Addon Manager won't even come up. See screenshot links below:

EDIT: Assigned axis in P3D so the throttle works now. However, I cannot run the new hotfix update without running into trouble with the addon manager

Try downloading and running this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-za/downloa ... px?id=8109
Let it unzip to a temporary folder of your own making, and then run the dxsetup.exe in that folder.

Re: Throttles INOP
Sorry to re-open an old topic. I have been away from the simulator for some time. I tried your suggestion with the latest version v1.1.21 but I am still getting that error message with a blank Addon Management System screen. Clicking the icon in the top left does not do anything.
EDIT: This problem is no longer specific to the King Air addon or throttles. This topic is now primarily about the MVAMS not loading properly.

Re: Throttles INOP
Try re-installing
First un-install your current version using windows control panel > programs and features - then delete any remaining MV_King_Air_350i folders in Lockheed Martin > Prepar3D v4 >SimObjects >Airplanes.
Then re-install

Re: Throttles INOP
I don't know a whole lot about code, but it seems to be unable to activate the product? Is there a faster way to get this resolved? I paid a lot of money for this product and being unable to use it since I purchased it a month and a half ago is a bit frustrating. If everyone is stumped, I'd at least like my money back.
