KA350i Approach & Landing Speeds

Hi,
I've posted the same in the wrong place. As I don't know how to move the topic I post the same here:
Where do you find the Vref speeds? I read the manual and found the take off speeds, but nothing about de Vref speed.
When approaching a long runway it doesn't matter at all, but when approaching a short runway it's very important to know the exact speed at which to cross the threshold so you don't float/flare to much.
