Install/re-install gives 'The product is either not activated or the activation is invalid. Please contact support'.
What to do

They updated servers to latest SP1 version. Keep calm and wait till monday!

I still cannot get to a point where I can activate my aircraft.
I cannot sign in to the support site because I don't know my password, and then trying to contact the Board Administrator function is disabled.
Please help me to get going

This is the support site.
The way things are at the moment our programmers are focussed on SP1. (We hope all of the issues posted will be remedied in SP1)

i have checked your key on the activation server and it has remains un-activated

For activation issues:

a. Sometimes typing the key in has worked where copying and pasting didn't
b. Occasionally, windows archive extractor corrupts the file - try using 7zip instead https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
c. a punctuation symbol or accented character will cause a key rejection
d. windows not being up-to-date can cause this, as well as other issues
e. most common of all, is not running the installer as admin

Hi Osh,
When I rerun the installation .exe, at no stage am I asked to enter the activation code. So I am unable to get anything executing.
Advice please?

Something is interfering with the installation process.
Since you do not even see the activation I would check b., d., and e. (below).

Overnight it struck me that I should uninstall the whole product and re-install. Now everything is OK
