How can I find the Vref?
In the KA350i User GUIDE P3D.pdf I can find the V1 Vr and V2 , but how can i find the right wight of Vref during approch ?
The local B350 handbook and Carenado's handbook's Vref is diffrient , but if using local B350's Vref approch , the speed seems low.
How can I find the right Vref for Milviz B350 ?

Ken, thanks for the info. I find that the 350 is akin to a flying brick when the speeds drop down to Vref. With flaps down and at about 130 to 150 it handles fine. anything below and the trim is almost all the way back and it needs loads of power to not drop out the sky. I was watching YouTube footage of a chap flying most of a final app at about 150, over the threshold its about 120 ish and over the numbers close to Vref with the power pulled right back. It's then a flare out to the touch down markings.

No not normal, Vref is the ideal speed 50' AGL above the touchdown zone. One technique is Vapp (Vref+20kts) on an approach and slowing to Vref+10 for the final visual segment. Do to a rash of flight/ground prop pitch stops, I normally would keep about >10% torque during the flare.
