Engine failures

I appear to be a completely hopeless 350i pilot. My first couple flights went just fine. But now, between 5-15 minutes into a flight, one engine fails, and then the other. I've been extremely conservative not to exceed 90% torq or overheat the engines. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
