No sound inside and outside on the 350i and no main door animation.

Hi, I recently re-installed the K.A. 350i and cannot seem to get any sound for the aircraft or main door operation. I have tried re-installing again and still no fix. I have tried both sound options in the "MVAMS". I previously had this aircraft installed when it first came out and did not have this issue as it worked fine. Please note all other aircraft I have in my sim sound works. I had a quick look for similar topics but no joy.. can anyone kindly assist?

I Just tried installing the latest build and no joy... One extra thing to note is I hear engine sounds when loading in for 5 secs approx. then that's it.

Do you have the same problem if you select current conditions in MVAMS?

just tried that and I get engine sounds as they are running but no cockpit switching noises etc

Seems like a activation issue? as my power levers won't work either.. Can you assist further?

Email me with you key and I'll check. It could also be s permissions issue. Did you do the no AV during download & install, run- as- admin routine?

I just sent you the email. Yes no other program running during install and I always right click and use run as admin.

Still the same... however briefly at the start I had the noise of switching ‘switches’ in the cockpit, but then stopped. No GPU sound when selected (start up of GPU) no cockpit sounds, power levers stuck in full reverse. Props will move. And the pax door doesn’t animate but every other door does..?

Hi,
Please check that you have XMLTools64.dll present in P3D main folder.
In addition, make sure you have the XMLTools entry in your DLL file:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\dll.xml :

<Name>XMLTools64</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Path>XMLTools64.dll</Path>

Thanks so much. I had the "XMLTools64.dll" present in P3D main folder however, did not have the XMLTools entry in the DLL file. That fixed everything. Any idea why that's not be automatically added by the installer? as the first build when it came out last year I had no issues with.
