So far it is looking good and we hope to release this as HF2 once testing is finished.

But you can download 1.0.6 as public beta, so why not 1.0.8?

Because they want to test it first internally to rule out major issues. Not that hard to understand.

exactly - and what tends to happen is that while testing, another feature matures and can be added

Probably to soon to ask, but would it be possible to have a download link for beta v1.0.8 during this weekend? It would be great.

...actually we have iterated to 1.0.9 - currently in testing - systems look good so far - may have to fix some texture issues before we can publish it

So it looks like today may be the day??

Will this build happen to fix issues with not saving the current state, so you can open a flight and not have to scramble mid air to start engines and power everthing back on? would be great if you could use autosave with this plane.
