CTD after switching avionics master on

HI!
During start-up procedures I constantly have CTD after switching avionics master ON. Engines are running, I followed the manual. The only reaeson I can think of is that I run it on Win7 64 bit, because I don't have Win10. Surprisingly, if I switch AM before the engine start, it seems to be fine.
Any thoughts?
