Tell me where to see the calculation of the trimmer for take-off?

I just put it in the upper part of the green bar. It works great for me there.

Interestingly, but real pilots do not do the calculation either?

For relatively small airplanes like the King Air, exact trim settings aren't always published or required, since the elevator has enough authority to raise the nose as long as the airplane is within the CG range and the trim is within the takeoff range.

This also applies to some larger airplanes. I fly a Q400 for my day job, and our takeoff trim setting is just "somewhere within the "takeoff" band on the pitch trim indicator", despite being a fairly heavy and long airplane.
