According to Textron, a company which by its nature is not shy about marketing the speed of theis plane, gives the 350i a top speed of 312 KTAS.

In the sim at FL290 I can EASILY, without pushing the engine super ultra hard, maintain a KTAS of 322. Before the update I had to push the engines really hard to get 315KTAS.

Max cruise power is at 1500 RPM
Max speeds given in the cruise charts in ISA conditions are
14000 lbs - 309 ktas @ 22000 ft, 92% torque
11000 lbs - 315 ktas @ 24000 ft, 87% torque
312 is given at 29000 ft, at 11000 lbs, with 73% torque and 1500 RPM
Individual airframes could vary by probably +/- 10

It seems off that I can push this thing to more than 330 KTAS at 1600 rpm and Fl290 then.

Engine Performance in similar characteristics is quite on spot:

Actually Fuel Flow displayed is not correct, but calculated and not displayed (350 lbs/hour) is right. Will be fixed for the SP.

Whis is not relevant as we are talking TAS not GS.

One thing I noticed is that you are climbing near max climb ITT. While theoretically possible to climb with that much power, it is recommended to keep your ITT levels around 785C during climb.

I know. I was purposefully pushing the engines to the itt limit to see how fast it will go. And it is a lot faster than it should (at least to me).

It is not faster than it should, simply because there is no ITT given in the cruise tables. They specify only recommended power setting that should produce other parameters listed there. These tables propose just single torque value and will take into account variations between series of engines to always stay on the safe side with some quite big margin. With these settings used you should not cross 800 normally for ITT, especially for conservative settings called Normal Cruise Power.
If you push it to the ITT limit, with gauge accuracy you can't tell if you are still at 820 are maybe at 825, Will it be faster - yes, will it be still safe - questionable in this case.
