Unable to turn on PFD

I've just uninstalled the original KA and installed HF2 today. Before I had no trouble starting and flying the aircraft, but I can't seem to get the avionics fully up and running.

Starting from C/D
BAT--ON
Start Eng 2 then 1, both Ignitions off and Gens reset then ON
Avionics master on
FMS INIT set position

Then Backup AI shows "initializing in 150 seconds" but counts down to zero and is just a blue screen.
PFD has some text but AI and ND do not ever show up (see attached pic)

Am I forgetting something here? It's weird because this was not an issue before.

Tried uninstalling and rebooting, same situation each time.

Please advise--am I doing startup correctly? and are there any files to manually delete if uninstalling?

Yes Installed w/admin rights.

That is the SGAA and SGSS settings in Inspector or the Nvidia control panel. Turn them off and the displays will work
