Real KA-350i FMS videos
Thought it might be a good idea for information purposes I have a few vids from real KA 350i 3000 FMS v4.0. I know the milviz 350i is not complete, these videos are for information only. If not aloud please remove post.

Just a note I said ARC mode instead of ROSE mode that was a mistake, also the hold entry will not change while on ground. didn't have a lot of time to make better vids sorry.

Great source of information. Thank you! While visual approaches are nearly implemented in upcoming HF, few details were missing and now it is finally clear.
There is one more mystery item - what happens on FPLN and LEGS pages if you enter alternate airport in the FP? It seems like one extra page appears there as you do this, but there is a lack of information what should be presented there.

First don't get me wrong I have followed this Milviz product for about 3 years and have really looked forward to it. I know there are VERY good programmers and real pilots working on this and I know it's a WIP, " currently waiting on DCS supper carrier".
I just wanted to give some real FMS input. and would freely give any info to help in making this a great simulator because it would help me also for recurrence and training.
As for your question can you elaborate more on what you need? I have a flight coming up in a few days and if it will help Milviz I'll make more vids.
Anything I can do to help make this a great simulator I would be happy to help out! I also know there are some great King Air pilots on the Milviz team and I don't won't to step on any toes.
On a side note it has been driving me nuts on how to get the ROSE mode on MFD, I have tried everything and have contacted Collin's to no avail. So I'm not sure that this a software up grade or something else on Proline 21 system.

I feel that it's just lack of information here. There are many undocumented options in this system and I feel that there is "conservative" approach in development. So it means that if something is not confirmed by credible source, it is simply not available.
One example is related with alternate airports I mentioned. I have one screen which shows 1st FPLN page, with just origin and destination airports. Number of pages indicated in this case is 1/1.
But as soon as Alternate is programmed, number of pages increases by 1 (now it shows 1/2) - and I cannot find any information what is presented on this second page (and how system routes from Destination to Alternate airport in this case on LEGS page). Without access to real unit, it is mission impossible for me, so I cannot even report it as an issue :/

I see what your talking about now.
When you are on the FPLN page it should always be 2 pages, the ALT airport should not make a difference.

I think I know what problem is.
The difference with the 1 page versus my airplane 2 page FPL is I have 2 FMS.
Here's a picture from manual. So I would say you have it correct. Or Milviz has it correct.

I'm not sure why it makes 2 page in sim after putting in a ALT airport.
I just tried the sim using the same FPL from last video and after I input MQP in the TO it goes to page 2 like it should then you can input V66 MAF and it places all the FIX's

This is excellent. Thank you. Please let me know if you are able/willing to get any more footage, particularly of the map display - holds, procedure turns, direct to/direct to intercept, etc. - and of anything you notice is incorrect or unimplemented. Pictures are worth a thousand words and videos ten thousand. A lot of the problems thus far are due to incomplete source material (read: pictures/videos) regarding the display and behavior of the Proline, and any material you are able to provide, I will use.

So this alternate airport thing looks like a software difference between airplanes. Unfortunately there are many traps like this here.
As for the other items mentioned, it would be fantastic to have MFD screenshots for any of these procedures from MFD in PLAN mode. This would be a big help here.
Examples of Constant Radius Arcs:
1. KASE SID 33 trans. GLENO
(how PLAN path looks like between ILOME and WEPRU)
2. KGJT RNAV-Z 11 approach, trans. PACES
(does system draw arcs between CULIP, FEKWA, WURNI, or does some approximation with straight line segments?)
Examples of Intercept Legs:
1. KGJT ILS 11 approach, trans. JISIG:
(to see how system draws transition from arc to final ILS course 112 )
2. KFLG SID 21 (FLG1 - first two legs)
(example of climb to altitude and heading to intercept)
Examples of Procedure Turns:
Here it would be also useful to see how this looks like on LEGS page in the FMS - to see how system identifies waypoint at which it should start the turn.

Not sure about getting the KASE SID 33 trans. GLENO departure, I can't find a chart for it even though the procedure shows up in foreflight nav system
I use. I'll check plane data base but I'm thinking this procedure has been changed.

I grouped these examples based on 1801 Navigraph data, so having just one screen for 1 item from each group would be great. If some procedure no longer exists, then maybe 2nd is available etc.
If projected tracks in real PL would be different between items in each group, then it's probably hardly doable as instructions coming from database look the same.

Understand that, I can get screen shots and other data.
I can tell you right now that the KASE departures are a complete mess!
Especially the LINDZ9 departure. LINDZ intersection is 12.6 DME off the DBL VOR R244.
But this could be because of NAV data base????
