Taxi turn radius
Maybe a quick fix to be in line with the user guide. There it is stated that the turn radius on ground is 4 feet for the inner gear. The airplane currently turns on the inner gear, basically with a radius of 0 ft.

Yes, and you can do the same thing in the real airplane. However, that is not how Beechcraft wants you to turn the airplane as it can do damage to the tires. They want you to keep the tire moving the entire time during the turn and the test pilots determined the tire will travel 4' when turning properly. That is where the 4' radius comes from.
The problem is you will never feel that in a sim like you can in the real airplane.
